Loading complete: sign off and close the load this dispatch station is filling

The same as closing the load in the dashboard: shortages are worked out, load.closed fires, and every order that went partly loaded fires order.short_loaded and tells its retailer. Every scanner on the load goes back to No load open. Needs a sign off: driver_name, photo (the loaded vehicle) and signature (the driver's, a PNG), each image a data URL. Without them the answer is 422 signoff_required. The manifest (GET /v1/loads/:id/manifest.pdf) then prints as a signed manifest.

Other errors#

StatusMeaning
401No key, or the key is not recognised.
402billing_required. Reading always works, but this is a write and stops once a trial ends or a plan is cancelled.
403The key is valid but its role cannot do this.
422The body failed validation. The response lists every problem at once.
429More than 600 requests a minute. Wait retry-after seconds.
