Terms of service

Last updated 2 October 2026

1. Who we are

Skuflo is a trading name of Ayma Furnishings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16215750, whose registered office is at Units 1 & 2 Central Street, Dewsbury, WF13 2LZ ("Skuflo", "we", "us").

You can reach us at hello@skuflo.io. These terms apply between us and the business that signs up for Skuflo ("you"). Skuflo is a service for businesses only, and it is not sold to consumers.

2. The service

Skuflo is production and dispatch tracking software for manufacturers. It lets you upload orders, print a label for each piece, scan pieces as they are made, put into stock and loaded, and give the retailers you supply a live portal showing their orders.

It runs in a web browser, on our iPhone and Android apps and on scan stations you pair with your account. We may improve and change the service over time. If a change takes away something important you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

3. Your account

The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for the business. You are responsible for everyone you invite to your account, including staff, scan stations and the retailers you give portal access to, and for keeping logins and pairing codes safe.

Retailers use their portal free of charge. A retailer who uses a portal agrees to use it only to view and manage their own orders with you.

Tell us straight away at hello@skuflo.io if you think someone has got into your account without permission.

4. Free trial

New accounts start with a 14 day free trial on the plan you choose. We take card details when you sign up, and we email you before the trial ends.

If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, your paid plan starts automatically when the trial ends and your card is charged.

5. Plans, pieces and billing

Prices are shown on skuflo.io/pricing and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Today they are Starter at £249 a month (1,000 pieces, up to 2 retailers), Growth at £449 a month (3,000 pieces, up to 5 retailers) and Scale from £1,250 a month (10,000 pieces, up to 10 retailers and 3 factories). A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price, and includes twelve months of pieces.

A piece is one labelled item in an order, so a bed with a split base, a mattress and a headboard is four pieces. A retailer order you have not yet accepted is not counted. Pieces above your allowance in a billing period are charged at the rate for your plan: 15p on Starter, 12p on Growth and 3p on Scale, billed at the end of that period.

Plans are paid in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically each month or year. Retailer limits only stop new retailers being added, and we never remove retailers you already have.

We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing tab in Settings in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing. We do not refund part periods, except where the law says we must.

If a trial ends without a plan, or a plan is cancelled or not paid, your account becomes read only: you can still see your data and pay, but you cannot create orders or scan.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Skuflo to break the law, to upload anything you do not have the right to use, or to send unwanted messages. You must not try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, interfere with the service, test its security without our written permission, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

Use the API and webhooks within the limits in our developer documentation, and keep your API keys secret. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

8. Your data

Your orders, products, scans and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store and use them only to run and support the service for you. When we process personal data on your behalf, the Data processing agreement on this page applies and forms part of these terms.

You can download reports from Analytics at any time, and ask us at hello@skuflo.io for a full copy of your data while your account is open. We may use anonymous, combined statistics about how the service is used to improve it, which never identify you or your customers.

9. Availability and support

We work hard to keep Skuflo running and publish live status and every incident at status.skuflo.io. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may need to take it down for maintenance, which we will try to do outside UK working hours.

Support is by email at hello@skuflo.io on UK working days. Scale customers also get onboarding as described on the pricing page.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, neither of us is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

Skuflo is a tool for tracking your production and dispatch. You remain responsible for your products, your deliveries and your dealings with your retailers and their customers.

11. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end the agreement if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not put it right within 14 days of being asked, or becomes insolvent. When the agreement ends, your access stops and we delete your data as set out in the Data processing agreement.

12. General

We may update these terms. We will email you about any important change at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

These terms are the whole agreement between us about Skuflo. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Neither of us may transfer the agreement without the other's consent, except that we may transfer it to a business that takes over Skuflo.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
