First print emits label.printed per order.

Only for processed orders: unprocessed ones are left out (named in the x-skipped-unprocessed header), and 409 not_processed when that is all of them.

401	No key, or the key is not recognised.
429	More than 600 requests a minute. Wait `retry-after` seconds.

With format=zpl the body is plain ZPL text for a Zebra or thermal printer.

A file, not JSON. Save the response body to disk. Every response carries x-ratelimit-limit, x-ratelimit-remaining and x-ratelimit-reset.
