Download a day's production list as PDF or CSV

The same list, day and retailer filter as GET /v1/production-list, separated by product type in the order set in Settings (each type on its own page, with its totals). Only once the day is processed (POST /v1/production-list/process), else 409 not_processed. Each whole day print is numbered; orders added after an earlier print are marked NEW (PDF) or in the Added after print column (CSV). CSV has one row per product and colour, with the order numbers and PO numbers behind it.
