One load: its scanners, its order lines (what each needs and how much is on), orders, shortages and sign off

lines is the load line by line: each order line on it with pieces_loaded (on this load), pieces_total and pieces_elsewhere (on another load). signoff is set once loading is complete: the name the driver signed as and when; the images are at /v1/loads/:id/signoff/photo and /signoff/signature.
